About Me

I first started fitness in high school when a friend and I started talking about wanting to get in shape as I had always been very skinny and shy after that we started working out in his basement gym and even though our approach may not have been the best we were putting in good effort and stayed consistent after years of fitness being a hobby and a means to stay healthy I decided that I wanted It to become a career learning about the field was already something I did regularly and I found that I enjoyed helping people realize their goals in fitness and helping them achieve those goals
